Fast Shutter
The shutter speed for this photo (the second photo) is fast. ISO settings were on 1600 and WB was shade. The settings I used for the camera were 1/400 exposure, no flash, and finally f/4.0. The action that was frozen was me getting hit with ping pong balls and the moment of impact was captured. The distance was about 7 feet away and the point of view is further away and taken on an angle of 3/4. The strong image of the ping pong ball hitting me with impact was great and lots of shapes were taken in the photo and made it look really cool!
Slow Shutter
The shutter speed for this photo of me and Cody getting hit with the ping pong balls is slow. ISO settings were set to 1600 and the WB scale was probably cloudy with a little bit of sunshine. The settings of the camera the camera that I used were set to 1/25 sec exposure, no flash and f/14. The action was frozen of me and Cody getting whipped with ping pong balls and us trying to dodge them. The distance again was about 7 feet and the point of view is a profile angle and shows us on the side with a 3/4 angle. The force of the balls getting whipped at us created a cool shutter speed capture and the streaks of the balls coming in was very strong!

Painting with light
I kept the background in these photos to show that you can take a cool picture from anywhere
Describe one of your photos from painting with light. Picture 3
What shutter speed did you have the camera on? The shutter speed setting I had on the camera was 6 seconds
What light source did you use to create the painting? I had Nate use a light stick and turn it on and off while moving the stick back and forth.
How did you achieve the image/effect? Nate moved the light stick back and forth while turning the light stick on and off and turning it on when he moved the stick to another position
What impact does the photo have? How would the viewer feel looking at your photo? The impact of this photo is to shock the viewer and confuse them to make them understand how I took the photo. The viewer would feel amazed after they see this picture for a long time and soon discover when they look further in they'll figure what I did

Aperture
Shallow DOF picture: Top Right
F-stop: f/11
ISO and WB: 800 and Auto
Large DOF: Bottom Right
F-stop: f/32
ISO and WB: 800 and Auto
I believe the top right photo is better because it has the main focus in the front and the background is more of a blur meaning it's not the main focus
You want to emphasize a certain part of a picture so you would use shallow
You would want to focus on something in the background and not in the front

Strongest and Weakest
Strongest Photos: Bugs 1 and 2, Tree and American Flag
Weakest: All the telephone poles/wires
Strongest: The texture of all the photos are amazing and I'm really proud that I took them, follows the rule of thirds the main subject is right smack in the middle, for all the POVs for the pictures it makes it seem like you're the person standing there looking at the objects. And finally for the focus on all of them it was perfect, captured it at the right time.
Weakest: I didn't like these photos because they were just rushed and didn't have time to be perfected. The pictures have no rhythm to it like it doesn't make the viewer want to go back and look at it, very disappointing. The color of the images could've been a lot better and I could've waited for better lighting which I didn't because I'm impatient. And finally for the last critique the distances are all different along with the angles, I did many angles that made no sense so my images would all be different.
